PRODUCT: In a Network Marketing company, the company product is very important. You should do your unbiased research about the product and its efficacy. An important rule here is... You must love the product. Any company without a product and is into multi-level marketing is a PYRAMID SCHEME, and pyramid schemes are illegal!!!

The product must:

•  Be Effective and free of gender discrimination. A product exclusively for males and females will work but it wouldn't be as effective as a unisex product.
•  have registration with standard regulatory bodies, national and globally. It is common sense to know drinking or sharing a product not certified with Nafdac is not wisdom.
•  Must be consumable; Of course network marketing either full time or part time pays you for life. So it’s best if the product is renewable and consumable.

COMPENSATION PLAN: The Compensation plan of a product recommendation and distribution is the reason why many in this part of the world love network marketing companies. Do your research about the company compensation plan. How does it work? How do I get payments and bonuses?  It is okay to have a summary of how it works but be sure that it is a good deal for you.

Some of us don’t understand the compensation plans of companies in the past hence the reason for frustration in business.

The company customer care and support system must be good. The company must provide good feedback systems and training programs to enable new members climb the company rank.
